Crystone Launches Remote Service (Remote Support)

In another step to improve Crystone support we have in recent days has introduced a new service called "Crystone Remote Service" which means we offer our customers remote support. The service works is that Crystone customer service with the permission of you can go into your computer and resolve your case on the spot! As simple as it may well not be.

Here's how:
1st Crystone customer service employees will be able to see and control your computer.
2nd Crystone can not see anything other than what you see on your computer screen.
3rd Crystone customer service employees are bound to secrecy and will not pass anything on your computer or the information contained therein.
4th All information is encrypted so that no one else can access it.
5th You can cancel at any time the connection by clicking on the "Escape" button on the top left of the keyboard.

To start remote assistance:
1st If you have problems, contact your Crystone customer service, if they consider the case most easily solved through remote support, this feature will be used.
2nd Please enter the session number you get from Crystone customer service representative in a special box that you're told by customer service staff.
3rd Once you do this, you get a file that you run on your computer.
