Crystone, a high-growth internet marketing services company in Hollywood Fl that is fully integrating online and offline direct response advertising, is seeking a Sales Executive for a spot in our Hollywood Business Development office that is charged with attracting new advertisers for our online, performance-based media services and Search Engine Marketing solutions. JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Executive position is directly responsible for acquiring new clients and advertisers as part of the Direct Sales team. This individual will be an experienced salesperson ideally with a background in Internet/Online Media sales. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing client base and selling marketing solutions for Crystone. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace. Travel could be expected, as well as building high-level relationships with all possible clients in your defined territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Acquire new advertisers/clients for Crystone's Search & Online Performance-Based Services through prospecting, presentations and proposal development.
2. Develop, with Account team, ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying and closing key accounts.
3. Work with Client Services/Account Managers to effectively manage accounts, delivering superior customer service while maintaining and growing account services.
4. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, leadership, understanding of the Crystone's business model, and a solid understanding of the Internet advertising environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Must ideally have some knowledge of Internet/online media sales experience
2. Proven sales track record - 2 to 5 years sales experience required.
3. Direct response/direct marketing background preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of advertising sales, Search and Internet.
5. Internet industry contacts/existing client base a plus.
6. Excellent English oral and written communication skills
7. Experience monitoring client budgets and billing processes for accuracy and timeliness
8. A professional, organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently, solves problems, and see projects through to completion
